A dedicated service for single, double, and range cookers encrusted with burnt-on carbon and fat. We remove all racks, trays, side ladders, and fan covers to soak them in a vehicle-mounted heated dip tank. The main oven cavity is cleaned by hand using non-caustic, fume-free cleaning solutions.
